Jenesis Forge (“we”, “us”) provides writing and production tools. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights.

What we collect

• Account data: email and password (via Firebase Authentication).
• App data you create: scripts, cards, profiles, schedules, budgets, and other project data you save to your account (stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore or related services).
• Device & usage data: basic analytics about pages and events if analytics is enabled (for example, page views, approximate region, and browser type).

How we use data

• To provide, maintain, and secure your account and documents.
• To improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
• To respond to support requests and communicate about the Service.

Processors

We use the following service providers to operate Jenesis Forge:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Hosting, optional Storage).
• Google Analytics (optional; page and event analytics, if enabled).

Data retention

We retain your account and project data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below). Backups and logs may persist briefly for security and disaster recovery purposes.

Your rights

• Access, update, or delete your personal information where applicable.
• Export your data in a portable format where feasible.
• Object to or limit certain types of processing where allowed by law.
• For EU/UK users: General data protection rights under GDPR apply; for California users: CPRA/CCPA rights apply.

Security

We use Firebase-managed security, HTTPS, and Firestore security rules designed to restrict each user to their own documents and to protect your data against unauthorized access.

Children

Jenesis Forge is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 13 years of age.
